Description

A quick and easy one-pot meal featuring pasta and vibrant broccoli, flavored with garlic and olive oil.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (your choice)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 cups vegetable broth or water
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add pasta, broccoli florets, and vegetable broth (or water) to the pot.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 10-12 minutes until pasta is cooked and broccoli is tender.
  5. Stir occasionally and add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve warm, topped with grated Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes if desired.

Notes
