- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
- 1 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, spinach, etc.)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter (for greasing the baking dish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a large baking dish with olive oil or butter.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
- Stir in the shredded cheese, diced vegetables, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is lightly golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
