Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
  • 1 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, spinach, etc.)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter (for greasing the baking dish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a large baking dish with olive oil or butter.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheese, diced vegetables, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
