- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onions and minced garlic to the skillet, stirring occasionally until fragrant.
- Introduce the ground beef into the skillet and cook until thoroughly browned.
- Stir in the soy sauce and broccoli florets; cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until the broccoli is tender.
- Spoon the savory beef mixture over a mound of cooked rice and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Leftover Korean beef can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat before serving. Freezing in single servings allows for up to a month of storage.
