- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup chopped lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked; drain the excess fat. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine the cooked rice, chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, and pickles.
- Add the cooked ground beef on top of the salad mixture.
- Drizzle ketchup and mustard over the bowl.
- Top with the shredded cheddar cheese and let it melt slightly.
