Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the garlic in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Mix in the tomato sauce and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Combine with the heavy cream, stirring until well combined.
  5. Time to toss the pasta in the sauce, adding the grated Parmesan cheese and seasoning with salt and pepper.
  6. Heat through for an additional 2-3 minutes and serve hot garnished with fresh basil.
