Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Chocolate shavings (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pie crust according to package instructions until completely cooled.
  2. In a bowl, mix the vanilla pudding mix with the milk until thickened.
  3. Slice the bananas into rounds and arrange them on the bottom of the cooled pie crust.
  4. Pour the prepared vanilla pudding over the bananas.
  5. Whip the cream with vanilla extract and sugar until soft peaks form.
  6. Spread the whipped cream over the pudding layer.
  7. Garnish with chocolate shavings if desired.
  8. Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours before serving.
