- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Chocolate shavings (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the pie crust according to package instructions until completely cooled.
- In a bowl, mix the vanilla pudding mix with the milk until thickened.
- Slice the bananas into rounds and arrange them on the bottom of the cooled pie crust.
- Pour the prepared vanilla pudding over the bananas.
- Whip the cream with vanilla extract and sugar until soft peaks form.
- Spread the whipped cream over the pudding layer.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings if desired.
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
