- ½ cup orange marmalade
- ¼ cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken pieces and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Whisk together the orange marmalade, barbecue sauce, and soy sauce in a small bowl.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken, stirring to coat evenly.
- Simmer for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat and serve hot with rice or steamed vegetables.
Notes
Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat or a splash of ginger for depth. Fresh herbs like green onions or cilantro make a lovely garnish.
