Description

A quick and versatile sauce that elevates any meal with fresh cilantro and lime.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 12 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the fresh cilantro leaves, sour cream (or yogurt), lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Blend the mixture until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed with more salt, pepper, or lime juice.

Notes

Use fresh herbs for the best flavor; dried herbs won’t replicate the vibrant taste. Can substitute sour cream for Greek yogurt. Adjust the texture with water or additional lime juice if desired.
