- 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1–2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste

Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine the fresh cilantro leaves, sour cream (or yogurt), lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Blend the mixture until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed with more salt, pepper, or lime juice.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Notes
Use fresh herbs for the best flavor; dried herbs won’t replicate the vibrant taste. Can substitute sour cream for Greek yogurt. Adjust the texture with water or additional lime juice if desired.
