Ingredients

Scale
  • 500g ground lamb
  • 100g ground beef
  • 1 onion, grated
  • 23 cloves garlic, minced
  • 12 green bell peppers, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the meat mixture by combining ground lamb, ground beef, grated onion, minced garlic, chopped bell peppers, red pepper flakes, cumin, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well.
  2. Preheat your grill or barbecue to a medium-high heat.
  3. Divide the meat mixture into equal portions and mold onto skewers into long sausage shapes.
  4. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.

Notes

Serve with warm pita bread, tangy yogurt sauce, or a fresh tabbouleh salad. For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
