A flavorful and smoky kebab made with ground lamb and beef, infused with aromatic spices.
Ingredients

- 500g ground lamb
- 100g ground beef
- 1 onion, grated
- 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1–2 green bell peppers, finely chopped
- 2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions
- Prepare the meat mixture by combining ground lamb, ground beef, grated onion, minced garlic, chopped bell peppers, red pepper flakes, cumin, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well.
- Preheat your grill or barbecue to a medium-high heat.
- Divide the meat mixture into equal portions and mold onto skewers into long sausage shapes.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley and lemon wedges.
Notes
Serve with warm pita bread, tangy yogurt sauce, or a fresh tabbouleh salad. For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
