Ingredients

- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Optional toppings: butter, sour cream, chives, cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes under running water.
- Pat them dry with a kitchen towel and pierce several times with a fork.
- Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Remove and let them cool slightly.
- Serve with your favorite toppings.
Notes
For softer skins, cover loosely with foil; however, this may reduce crispiness.
