Description

Enjoy a perfectly baked potato with a crispy skin and fluffy interior, made easy in the air fryer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 medium russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Optional toppings: butter, sour cream, chives, cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes under running water.
  3. Pat them dry with a kitchen towel and pierce several times with a fork.
  4. Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
  5. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through.
  7. Remove and let them cool slightly.
  8. Serve with your favorite toppings.

Notes

For softer skins, cover loosely with foil; however, this may reduce crispiness.
