Description

Delightful air fryer patties made with canned chicken, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans (12.5 oz each) canned chicken, well-drained
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (or panko for extra crunch)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme or parsley
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1–2 tablespoons olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Mix the canned chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, mayonnaise, dried thyme (or parsley), salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into 6 evenly sized patties.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3–5 minutes.
  4. Air fry the patties for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce or alongside a fresh salad.

Notes

Make sure to drain the canned chicken well; excess moisture can make the patties too wet. Add more breadcrumbs if the mixture feels loose.
