Delightful air fryer patties made with canned chicken, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or gatherings.
Ingredients

- 2 cans (12.5 oz each) canned chicken, well-drained
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (or panko for extra crunch)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme or parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1–2 tablespoons olive oil (for brushing)
Instructions
- Mix the canned chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, mayonnaise, dried thyme (or parsley), salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Form the mixture into 6 evenly sized patties.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3–5 minutes.
- Air fry the patties for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce or alongside a fresh salad.
Notes
Make sure to drain the canned chicken well; excess moisture can make the patties too wet. Add more breadcrumbs if the mixture feels loose.
