Description

This gluten-free Almond Flour Banana Bread is moist and rich in flavor, making it a perfect staple for breakfast, snacks, or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mash the bananas and eggs in a large bowl until well combined.
  3. Stir in the almond flour, baking soda, salt, and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  4. Add honey or maple syrup and cinnamon for extra sweetness if desired.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
  7. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
