- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Mash the bananas and eggs in a large bowl until well combined.
- Stir in the almond flour, baking soda, salt, and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
- Add honey or maple syrup and cinnamon for extra sweetness if desired.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For best results, use very ripe bananas. Optional ingredients can be customized based on your preference.
