Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 medium potatoes, diced

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
