- 1 bag of Doritos
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can of black beans, drained
- 1 can of corn, drained
- 1 cup of salsa
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 package of taco seasoning
- 1 cup sour cream
- Chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning, black beans, corn, and salsa to the beef; mix well and heat through.
- In a greased casserole dish, layer half of the Doritos, then half of the beef mixture, and half of the cheese. Repeat the layers.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until heated through and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and top with sour cream and chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
Customize with your favorite ingredients or leftovers. If making vegetarian, swap ground beef for sautéed mushrooms or more beans.
