Description

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides for easy lifting.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips.
  3. Microwave on high in 30-second intervals, stirring until completely smooth and melted (about 1.5 to 2 minutes).
  4. Remove from the microwave and stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  7. Lift the fudge out using the parchment overhang, cut into small squares, and serve.
