Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides for easy lifting.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips.
- Microwave on high in 30-second intervals, stirring until completely smooth and melted (about 1.5 to 2 minutes).
- Remove from the microwave and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Lift the fudge out using the parchment overhang, cut into small squares, and serve.
