Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the onions into thick rings or wedges.
- Toss the onion slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Spread the onions evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and caramelized.
- Sprinkle the grated Asiago cheese on top of the roasted onions.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown.

Notes
