Description

Delicious spicy, cheesy bites wrapped in crispy bacon, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1012 jalapeño peppers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1012 slices of bacon
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the jalapeño peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. Mix the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Spoon the cheese mixture into each jalapeño half.
  5. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a piece of bacon and secure it with a toothpick if necessary.
  6. Place the wrapped jalapeños on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy your party snacks!
