- 10–12 jalapeño peppers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 10–12 slices of bacon
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the jalapeño peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- Mix the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spoon the cheese mixture into each jalapeño half.
- Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a piece of bacon and secure it with a toothpick if necessary.
- Place the wrapped jalapeños on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
- Serve hot and enjoy your party snacks!
