Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse the chicken pieces under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Combine the zest and juice of 2 lemons, minced garlic, chopped fresh herbs, olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
