Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh fruit for topping (e.g., berries, banana slices)
  • Maple syrup or honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Blend the rolled oats, cottage cheese, eggs, banana, baking powder, and vanilla extract until smooth.
