- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)
- 1 cup cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup diced green onions
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or oil for frying
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheese, cooked chicken, cream cheese, green onions, red bell pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface and spread a generous amount of the cheese mixture in the center of the tortilla.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the edges as you go to create a wrap. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or oil.
- Place the rolled tortilla rolls seam side down in the skillet and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from the skillet, slice into bite-sized pieces, and serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet on medium-low heat until warmed through and crispy.
