Description

A creamy and flavorful dip made with spinach, artichokes, and cheeses, perfect for gatherings or cozy nights in.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and garlic until smooth.
  3. Stir in the thawed spinach, chopped artichokes, and grated Parmesan cheese. Add the salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix until well-combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  6. Let it cool slightly before serving warm with crackers or slices of bread.

Notes

Make sure to drain your spinach well to avoid a watery dip. This dip can be customized with different cheeses or additional ingredients like sautéed onions.
