- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and garlic until smooth.
- Stir in the thawed spinach, chopped artichokes, and grated Parmesan cheese. Add the salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix until well-combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
- Let it cool slightly before serving warm with crackers or slices of bread.
Notes
