Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken tenders in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dredge the marinated chicken in the flour mixture, coating evenly.
  4. Coat the chicken tender with panko breadcrumbs.
