Instructions
- Marinate chicken tenders in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix flour, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge the marinated chicken in the flour mixture, coating evenly.
- Coat the chicken tender with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat until shimmering.
