Description

Crispy tofu bites that are mouthwatering, easy to make, and perfect for casual gatherings or cozy nights in.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 block firm tofu
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Oil for frying
  • Your choice of dip (e.g., sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, or a homemade dipping sauce)

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut it into bite-sized cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix cornstarch, salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Toss the tofu cubes in the cornstarch mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Fry the tofu cubes until golden brown and crispy on all sides (about 3-4 minutes per side).
  6. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve the crispy tofu bites with your choice of dip.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To re-crisp, pop them in an oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 10 minutes.
