Ingredients

- 1 block firm tofu
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Oil for frying
- Your choice of dip (e.g., sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, or a homemade dipping sauce)
Instructions
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, mix cornstarch, salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Toss the tofu cubes in the cornstarch mixture until evenly coated.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry the tofu cubes until golden brown and crispy on all sides (about 3-4 minutes per side).
- Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
- Serve the crispy tofu bites with your choice of dip.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To re-crisp, pop them in an oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 10 minutes.
