Description

A refreshing and creamy smoothie made with ripe mango, juicy pineapple, and coconut milk, perfect for summer days.


Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup coconut milk or yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the mango, pineapple, banana, coconut milk or yogurt, and honey or maple syrup if using.
  2. Blend until smooth, allowing the vibrant colors to swirl together into a gorgeous tropical hue.
  3. If you prefer a colder smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again until frosty and smooth.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately, garnished with a slice of pineapple or mango if you’re feeling fancy!

Notes
