Description

Delicious sliders inspired by the classic Big Mac, featuring seasoned beef, melted cheese, pickles, and special sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 slices of cheese (American or cheddar)
  • Pickles
  • Lettuce
  • Special sauce (mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, and mustard mix)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Form the mixture into small patties that fit comfortably on the slider buns.
  4. Cook the patties on a skillet or grill over medium-high heat until browned, about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  5. Assemble the cooked patties on the bottom half of the slider buns.
  6. Add a slice of cheese, pickles, and lettuce to each burger.
  7. Spread special sauce on the top half of the buns and place them on the sliders.
  8. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the buns are warm.
  9. Serve and enjoy your sliders!

Notes

For a spicy kick, add diced jalapeños or use BBQ sauce instead of special sauce.
