Delicious sliders inspired by the classic Big Mac, featuring seasoned beef, melted cheese, pickles, and special sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 slider buns
- 6 slices of cheese (American or cheddar)
- Pickles
- Lettuce
- Special sauce (mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, and mustard mix)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Form the mixture into small patties that fit comfortably on the slider buns.
- Cook the patties on a skillet or grill over medium-high heat until browned, about 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Assemble the cooked patties on the bottom half of the slider buns.
- Add a slice of cheese, pickles, and lettuce to each burger.
- Spread special sauce on the top half of the buns and place them on the sliders.
- Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the buns are warm.
- Serve and enjoy your sliders!
Notes
For a spicy kick, add diced jalapeños or use BBQ sauce instead of special sauce.
