Description

A moist and delicious cake infused with the rich flavor of Biscoff cookie butter, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Biscoff cookie butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup buttermilk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Creaming together the Biscoff cookie butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar with the softened butter until smooth.
  3. Add in the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Mix the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture, alternating with buttermilk.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
