Description

An irresistible dessert featuring layers of chocolate, Biscoff spread, and crunchy graham crackers, sure to ignite warmth and nostalgia.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Biscoff spread
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter with the brown sugar and salt over medium heat until bubbly.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the graham cracker crumbs until well combined.
  4. Press the graham cracker mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  5. Spread the Biscoff spread evenly over the graham cracker layer.
  6. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips until smooth. Pour the melted chocolate over the Biscoff layer and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, then let cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

Serve alongside coffee or tea, or with ice cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
