- 1 cup Biscoff spread
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter with the brown sugar and salt over medium heat until bubbly.
- Remove from heat and stir in the graham cracker crumbs until well combined.
- Press the graham cracker mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Spread the Biscoff spread evenly over the graham cracker layer.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips until smooth. Pour the melted chocolate over the Biscoff layer and spread evenly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, then let cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
Serve alongside coffee or tea, or with ice cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
