- 4 cups fresh blackberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the fresh blackberries with granulated sugar and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Mix together the flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt in another bowl.
- Cut in the softened butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the blackberries in the baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.
- Serve warm, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream.
