- 2 pounds potatoes
- 4 ounces Boursin cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Peel and chop the potatoes into even pieces. Boil in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
- Add Boursin cheese, milk, and butter to the potatoes.
- Mash the mixture until smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
