Description

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds potatoes
  • 4 ounces Boursin cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the potatoes into even pieces. Boil in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
  3. Add Boursin cheese, milk, and butter to the potatoes.
  4. Mash the mixture until smooth and creamy.
