Description

A delightful breakfast sandwich featuring toasted bagels, crispy bacon or sausage, fluffy eggs, and melted cheese, perfect for starting your day.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 bagels
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices of bacon or sausage patties
  • 2 slices of cheese (Cheddar or American)
  • Butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Toast the bagels until golden brown.
  2. Cook the bacon or sausage until crispy.
  3. Scramble or fry the eggs until just set, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Layer the cooked bacon or sausage on one half of the toasted bagel.
  5. Add cheese and then spoon on the fluffy eggs.
  6. Complete the sandwich with the other half of the toasted bagel and serve warm.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored separately for up to three days.
