- 2 bagels
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices of bacon or sausage patties
- 2 slices of cheese (Cheddar or American)
- Butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Toast the bagels until golden brown.
- Cook the bacon or sausage until crispy.
- Scramble or fry the eggs until just set, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Layer the cooked bacon or sausage on one half of the toasted bagel.
- Add cheese and then spoon on the fluffy eggs.
- Complete the sandwich with the other half of the toasted bagel and serve warm.
Notes
