- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, and eggs in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Add the flour into the mixture and stir until a dough forms.
- If desired, fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of the dough onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are soft.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For an extra chewy cookie, underbake them slightly. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
