- 1 box brownie mix
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the brownie mix and flour in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips if desired.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes until edges are firm but centers are soft.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or freeze for up to three months.
