Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, making sure it shimmers as it warms up.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic; sauté until the onion is translucent and fragrant, about 3–5 minutes.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks. Brown until fully cooked, about 5–7 minutes.
- Stir in the chopped cabbage, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper, ensuring all ingredients are well combined.
- Continue to cook until the cabbage is tender, stirring occasionally, about another 5–7 minutes.
- Serve hot, enjoying straight from the skillet or plated with fresh herbs.
