- 1 cup caramel candies
- 2 cups rice cereal

Instructions
- Melt the butter and caramel in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in the chocolate chips until melted and well combined.
- Combine the rice cereal and nuts in a large bowl.
- Pour the caramel-chocolate mixture over the cereal and mix well.
- Press the mixture into a lined 9×9 inch pan.
- Allow to cool at room temperature until set, then cut into bars.
