Description

A nostalgic treat combining crispy rice cereal, melted chocolate, and gooey caramel for a delightful indulgence.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup caramel candies
  • 2 cups rice cereal
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and caramel in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  2. Stir in the chocolate chips until melted and well combined.
  3. Combine the rice cereal and nuts in a large bowl.
  4. Pour the caramel-chocolate mixture over the cereal and mix well.
  5. Press the mixture into a lined 9×9 inch pan.
  6. Allow to cool at room temperature until set, then cut into bars.
