Description

A comforting tart combining spiced pears with a crunchy almond crumble, perfect for autumn.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe pears, peeled and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon chai spice blend
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Sliced almonds for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Toss the sliced pears with the chai spice blend and sugar.
  3. Mix together the almond flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt.
  4. Spread the seasoned pears in a greased tart pan.
  5. Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the pears.
  6. Scatter sliced almonds on top.
  7. Transfer the tart to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Cool slightly before serving.
