- 2 ripe pears, peeled and sliced
- 1 teaspoon chai spice blend
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Sliced almonds for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Toss the sliced pears with the chai spice blend and sugar.
- Mix together the almond flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Spread the seasoned pears in a greased tart pan.
- Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the pears.
- Scatter sliced almonds on top.
- Transfer the tart to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Pairs well with spiced chai latte or black tea.
