- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the sheet of puff pastry to a thin layer and cut into 4×4 inch squares.
- In a bowl, combine the shredded cheddar, drained crushed pineapple, and chopped green onions. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place a spoonful of the filling in each pastry square and fold the corners up to seal.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
