Description
Irresistibly comforting warm, cheesy garlic knots filled with gooey mozzarella.
Ingredients

- 1 package of refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 tablespoons of butter, melted
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and cut it into strips, about 1 inch wide.
- Place a small amount of shredded mozzarella cheese at one end of each strip.
- Fold the other end over the cheese, sealing it inside.
- Roll each strip into a knot shape and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Mix together melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley in a bowl.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over each knot.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve warm.
Notes
These garlic knots pair beautifully with marinara sauce and Italian dishes. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
