- 16 large fresh strawberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Wash and prepare the strawberries.
- Hollow out the strawberries using a small paring knife.
- Mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently.
- Fill each hollowed-out strawberry with the cheesecake mixture.
- Chill the filled strawberries in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
