A comforting and creamy casserole featuring chicken, pasta, and a rich Alfredo sauce, topped with melted mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup broccoli florets (optional)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, steamed broccoli (if using), garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked pasta to the chicken mixture, and mix well to coat everything evenly.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and golden.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving to add a pop of freshness.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. This dish also freezes well for up to 3 months.
