- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the soup mixture over them.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top of the chicken.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
