Description

A comforting dish of juicy chicken enveloped in a creamy sauce and topped with melted cheese, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the soup mixture over them.
  4. Sprinkle the mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top of the chicken.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and cheese is bubbly.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
