Description

Delicious and easy-to-make pizza roll-ups filled with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni, perfect for snacks or parties.


Ingredients

  • Flour or corn tortillas
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Pepperoni slices
  • Optional toppings: bell peppers, olives, onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  3. Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese over the tortilla.
  4. Add a generous layer of pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
  5. If desired, add any additional toppings such as bell peppers, olives, or onions.
  6. Carefully roll the tortilla tightly to form a log.
  7. Place the rolled tortilla seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  8. Repeat with the remaining tortillas until all ingredients are used.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes.
  10. Allow to cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for a few minutes to regain crispiness.
