Delicious and easy-to-make pizza roll-ups filled with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni, perfect for snacks or parties.
Ingredients
- Flour or corn tortillas
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Pepperoni slices
- Optional toppings: bell peppers, olives, onions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese over the tortilla.
- Add a generous layer of pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
- If desired, add any additional toppings such as bell peppers, olives, or onions.
- Carefully roll the tortilla tightly to form a log.
- Place the rolled tortilla seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas until all ingredients are used.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes.
- Allow to cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for a few minutes to regain crispiness.
