- 4 cups Chinese cabbage, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Heat the Pan with Sesame Oil: Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Brown the Chicken: Add the sliced chicken to the pan and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
- Aromatics Time: Stir in the minced garlic and ginger; cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Add the Vegetables and Sauces: Toss in the chopped Chinese cabbage, soy sauce, and oyster sauce; stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes.
- Season with Care: Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve and Garnish: Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice and garnish with green onions if desired.
Notes
Substitute oyster sauce with more soy sauce mixed with sugar for a different flavor. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
