Description

A comforting and easy casserole featuring tender chicken, fluffy biscuits, and a rich creamy sauce, topped with cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Cut each biscuit into quarters and fold them into the chicken mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until biscuits are golden.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Consider adding sautéed onions or mushrooms for added flavor.
