- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters and fold them into the chicken mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until biscuits are golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Consider adding sautéed onions or mushrooms for added flavor.
