- 1 cup pasta (like penne or rotini)
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a crock pot.
- Add the chicken broth and diced tomatoes to the pot.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the crock pot.
- Stir in the pasta and cook for another 30 minutes until the pasta is tender.
- Add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
