Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and trim the green beans.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  4. Stir-fry the green beans for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Mix in soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Thicken the sauce by cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
