Description

Deliciously decadent yet nutritious bagels packed with protein and bursting with chocolate chips.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Water as needed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, protein powder, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  3. Add Greek yogurt and combine until fully mixed; add water if needed.
  4. Fold in semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  5. Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth and elastic.
  6. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape into bagels.
  7. Place bagels on a greased baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Cool on a wire rack before serving.

Notes
