Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup protein powder
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Water as needed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix flour, protein powder, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- Add Greek yogurt and combine until fully mixed; add water if needed.
- Fold in semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth and elastic.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and shape into bagels.
- Place bagels on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
For variations, try using blueberries or adding nuts. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
