- 4–6 cinnamon rolls, cut into cubes
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Whisk together the milk, heavy cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Fold in the cubed cinnamon rolls until each piece is well coated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 30-40 minutes.
- Make the glaze by whisking together powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons of milk until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the warm bread pudding and serve.
Notes
For best results, use day-old cinnamon rolls. Feel free to add variations like chocolate chips or dried fruit.
