Ingredients

Scale
  • 46 cinnamon rolls, cut into cubes
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 large eggs

  2. Whisk together the milk, heavy cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Fold in the cubed cinnamon rolls until each piece is well coated.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 30-40 minutes.
  5. Make the glaze by whisking together powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons of milk until smooth.

Notes

For best results, use day-old cinnamon rolls. Feel free to add variations like chocolate chips or dried fruit.
