Description

A delightful dessert pizza combining the comforting flavors of cinnamon and sugar with a cream cheese drizzle.


Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp milk (or more for desired consistency)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a circle or rectangle.
  3. Place the rolled dough onto a greased baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. Brush the dough with the melted butter, covering it evenly.
  5. Mix the granulated sugar with the ground cinnamon in a small bowl.
  6. Evenly sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the buttered dough.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes.
  8. Prepare the icing by whisking together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
  9. Cool the pizza slightly before drizzling the icing over the top.
  10. Cut into slices and serve warm.
