Description

A delicious twist on the classic club sandwich, this pasta salad combines tender pasta, turkey, bacon, and fresh veggies in a creamy dressing.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta (e.g., rotini or penne)
  • 1 cup cooked turkey, diced
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cheese (e.g., cheddar or Swiss), cubed
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and cool.
