Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups canned chicken, drained and shredded
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced Granny Smith apples
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Shred the chicken in a large bowl with a fork until no large chunks remain.
  2. Prep your produce by washing, halving the grapes, dicing the celery, and chopping the apples into small cubes.
  3. Combine the chicken, grapes, celery, apples, and pecans in the bowl.
  4. Make the dressing by mixing mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
